Description
The album "Earth Song Ocean Song" was originally released in 1971 and was produced by Tony Visconti. The album has contributions from Ralph McTell, Dave Cousins (Strawbs), and Danny Thompson (Pentangle). In 1995, the album was reissued with three bonus tracks. In 2010, the album was reissued again with three more digital download exclusives. The three digital download exclusives are "Kew Gardens," "When I am Old One Day," and "Let My Name Be Sorrow."
Marys second album originally issued in November, 1971 was
musically closer to her roots. Produced by (her later husband) Tony
Visconti, Earth Song Ocean Song is a beautiful album with
contributions from Ralph McTell, Dave Cousins (Strawbs) and Danny
Thompson (Pentangle) among others. In the 1995 reissue no bonus
tracks were included in the CD. In the 2010 edition, there are
three plus another three digital download exclusives. The three
additions are the B-side Kew Gardens, When I am Old One Day
(previously a bonus track on the Those Were The Days album) and Let
My Name Be Sorrow, the A-side from 1971.
